We spent all day Monday at Disney's MGM Studios.  Our hotel was only 5 minutes from the park so we got their first thing in the morning.  We saw several shows, including "Beauty and the Beast" and "The Little Mermaid", and "3-D Muppet Vision".  We also watched an Indiana Jones re-inactment filled with stunts and special effects.

tower_of_terror2.jpg (77939 bytes) Of course we couldn't leave the park without riding the rides.  We started with the new Aerosmith roller coaster which is an indoor rollercoaster that starts off on a flat track rather than a big drop.   It goes from 0 to 60 in 5 seconds.  Then we tried the Tower of Terror.   This emulates a elevator that goes up to the top floor and then drops.  The ride takes the elevator up and down and you can see out of the building at several points during the ride.
