| The first ultrasound was done on 11/09/06 when the baby was 7 weeks along. You couldn't see anything except the heart beating. Based on the ultrasound, the baby measured 6 weeks 3 days in size. | The second ultrasound was not a scheduled one. We were only supposed to hear the heart beat but the nurse was unable to find it so they thankfully did a quick ultrasound to make sure the baby was still OK. And the baby was perfect! It was moving all over the place, kicking it's arms and legs and everything. |

IT'S A BOY!! We had another ultrasound
on 1/31/07 and found out that we are having another boy. His name
will be Gianni Niccolino. He is growing right on schedule and weighs
.58 lbs now. He is 18 weeks and 6 days today. We saw great
face shots, arms, hands, heart, spine, legs, feet... everything. He
was moving all over the place for us.
The first picture is just of the face. The second is the face and hands (I think in fists). And the third is the 2 feet right next to each other (with the toes pointing to the left). |

Still a boy :) .... had another ultrasound on 4/2/07. He is doing
perfectly and right on track for size. He weighed 2.4 lbs and the
average is 2.2. Grandpa Baron was there to see the ultrasound this
time and he was able to see everything. Gianni wasn't moving around
a lot but we saw good pictures of his face. We also got to see the
heart, feet, hands, and arms. The c-section is officially scheduled for June 19 at 7:00 am at Chandler Regional Hospital! I was surprised they scheduled this far in advance but am very happy to know the date. |
