As you may notice you are driving on the left hand side of the street!  Its pretty funny when you are turning that you have to keep reminding yourself of that.  

Once arriving in Limerick I found the Limerick Castle known as King James Castle.  The castle was founded in 1200 by King John and is easily distinguished by the 5 drum towers and the huge solid wall in front of the castle.  The two pictures below show castle, the Thomond Bridge, and St Mary's cathedral across the bridge.

After leaving Limreick it was off to the Cliffs of Moher. This was one of the most exciting place that I had plannded to visit. From the pictures that I had seen in my Ireland book it looked incredible. I was not disappointed one bit. The cliffs raise 650ft from the sea and extend for 5 miles.  Below are a couple of the many pictures that I took. After leaving the Cliffs of Moher I was heading up along the coast until I reached Galway. The two pictures below are a couple of unexpected sites along the way. The first one was just seen just a couple of miles up the road from the Cliffs on Moher. The second pictures was ruins of a tower located a short bit in land from the road along the coast.

The final two pictures below were taken from the ocean side road on the way to Galway. It was a beautiful ride and I wanted to capture the view.
