Kitchen and Bathroom pictures taken during inspection period
of house. |
| 4/27/2005 | Purchased House and work to begin on sat. We need to complete work ASAP since Amy's due date is May 27. |

First day of work! Joe
ripped out the kitchen and Amy started building the kitchen cabinets.
All the old cabinets we cut up and loaded into our two trucks and taken to the dump. Long day of work. |
| 5/1/2005 |
Continued putting together the cabinets and started installing
cabinets and hooked up dish washer. |
| 5/3/2005 |
Pool work gets started and with
the pool being drained you can see how bad the plaster really was. Bathroom work gets started as the bathroom cabinet gets removed, new cabinet get put together and installed. The mirror had to be removed from current location which was too low, the top cabinet drawer was too deep and hit the supply line so the drawer had to be shortened, and there were a couple of extra trips to Home Depot as the drain pipes were too short for the new sink. |

Work in kitchen and bathrooms is
moving along but not as fast as we had hoped. First picture shows the
nearly completed bathroom from the 5/3 work pictures above. The next
two pictures are of the master bedroom going from the old to the new.
The final two pictures are of the progress in the kitchen. |

More progress in kitchen and
bathrooms. The first two pictures are of the master bathroom with the
new medicine cabinet and the new vinyl installed. The next tow
pictures show the progress on the kitchen. This doesn't look like the same house. |

Finished up on the kitchen. Installed the
countertops, sink, disposal, range hood, and completed the work on the
kitchen window sill. This weekend was our target weekend to have all
work complete. |
| The next two weeks were spent landscaping, working on the pool, and getting the air conditioning fixed. Basically a big hassle. | |
| 6/7/2005 |
House is complete and goes on the market
tomorrow. We are finally done! See how crystal clear the pool
is! |
