Amy and Antonino took a trip to Michigan so Antonino could meet his family.  He was such a good little traveler.  He did so good with all the new things - the plane ride, the long car rides, the new people, new places, new schedule, etc.  We left the house at 6:15am Monday morning and headed for the airport.  Antonino said goodbye to Daddy and got on his first airplane.  We had a direct flight but were delayed in both Phoenix and Detroit but somehow only got in 30 min late at around 5:00pm.  Antonino made a lot of friends on the plane - he did so good and was just full of smiles and laughs.  Everyone thought he was a great baby.  Grandpa was waiting at the airport to pick us up and then we drove over to Chris' house for dinner.  Antonino had had enough of traveling at that point and was over-tired and upset.  He didn't really calm down until we were just about to leave.  We left around 7:15pm for our 5 hour drive up to St. Ignace - and lucky for us Antonino fell asleep 2 minutes after we left... and slept for 4 hours straight!  He didn't wake up until we were at Mackinac Bridge.  We arrived at Grandma and Grandpa's house around midnight where Grandma, Aunt Susan and Uncle Jim were waiting up for us.

They have a beautiful house!  We spent all day Tuesday and Wednesday up north and it was wonderful. 

We left Thursday morning around 11:30am to head back downstate.  We arrived at Great Grandma's house around 4:30pm - Antonino again did wonderfully in the car.  He slept most of the time but the time he was awake he was happy and playful.  Antonino got to meet his Great Grandma for the first time.  That night we all (Amy, Antonino, Grandma, Grandpa, and Great Grandma) met Chris, Cameron, and Nicholas for dinner at DeLuca's.  Friday morning Amy and Antonino went to visit Jackie and her family (Jerry, Julia, and Joshua).  And then we all had a nice dinner out at Bahama Breeze that night.  Saturday we had a fun day with Chris, Cameron, and Nicholas.  We went to the zoo in the morning, the hung out for a couple hours with Steven in the afternoon, then took the kids to the fair.  Antonino went on his first fair ride - the big Ferris Wheel!  Nicholas and Cameron were running from ride to ride and loved all of them.  Then Sunday we went over to Liane and Kevin's house for a nice visit in the afternoon and then to Chris' house in the evening.  And Mondat morning was time to pack up and head to the airport.  Antonino had another wonderful traveling day!  He slept for probably 90% of the airplane ride!!!  It was a fantastic week!  Thanks everybody!
